Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched from the fulfillment center, a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent to you automatically. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to update and display correctly on the courier's system.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
vandxo store is not responsible for any international customs fees, tariffs, or import taxes applied to your package upon arrival. All expenses incurred during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the shipping address entered at checkout is completely accurate and error-free.
